Task Lighting Wins Innovation Award
Ken Anderson, CKD and CEO of Task Lighting Corporation was honored with SEN Design Group's Innovation Award at this year's SEN Conference in Minneapolis. The award recognizes Anderson's support and financing of business coaching for SEN members. This is the second time Anderson has received this honor. In 2006 Anderson was given the Innovation Award for the introduction of the Angle Power Strip, a patented outlet strip that eliminates the need to cut switches and outlets into backsplashes.
Task Lighting Recieves Patent for Sempria LEDs
Task lighting has been awarded a patent for its new line of LED products - Sempria. The Sempria LED Line includes: the UC Series, TS Series and Illumarod.
With a profile of only 5/8" and a unique integrated wire management system, the Sempria LED UC Series provides the cleanest installation in undercabinet lighting.
The versatile Sempria TS Series easily fits into limited spaces, providing a soft illumination for interior cabinet and accent lighting. The low profile fixture measures 3/8" at the connector, 3/32" at the LED and is only 1/2" wide.
Sempria LED Illumarod combines a clear-coat brushed nickel closet rod with energy efficient LEDs to provide even distribution of UV-free lighting directly over clothing.
All Sempria LED products are available with a warm white (2800K) or neutral white (3500K) LED color (kelvin) temperature. These top quality LEDs maintain a consistent color from fixture to fixture and last approximately 50,000 hours at 79% lumen output.
